After seeing a need for improvement of our hunting retriever breeds, he set out to educate the retriever community in Central Kentucky on common health concerns, quality retriever work, and common training practices to improve retrievers. CKHRA was officially formed in the Fall of 2001 and has been a very successful HRC club. Members range from all over the state of Kentucky and into Ohio, Tennessee, and Indiana.
